At Khaista Banda, we care about our customers and want you to be happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange under the conditions below.
Return & Exchange Time
- You can return or exchange any product within 7 days of receiving your order.
- After 7 days, we will not accept returns or exchanges.
Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The product should not be damaged or washed.
- Please return the product with all original tags and packaging.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Customized stitched clothes (made on order) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a mistake or defect from our side.
- Sale items or items bought on discount may not be returnable.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong product or damaged item), we will pay for the return shipping.
- If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, the customer will pay for the return shipping.
