Return & Exchange Time

  • You can return or exchange any product within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • After 7 days, we will not accept returns or exchanges.

Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The product should not be damaged or washed.
  • Please return the product with all original tags and packaging.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Customized stitched clothes (made on order) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a mistake or defect from our side.
  • Sale items or items bought on discount may not be returnable.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong product or damaged item), we will pay for the return shipping.
  • If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, the customer will pay for the return shipping.
