- All orders must be confirmed before processing.
- We have the right to cancel any order if there is a stock issue or wrong information.
- Customized stitched clothes take extra time and cannot be canceled once stitching starts.
2. Pricing
- All prices shown on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- We try to keep prices updated, but if there is a mistake in price, we will inform you before confirming the order.
3. Payments
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other available payment methods.
- For customized items, advance payment may be required.
4. Product Colors & Sizes
- We try to show product colors clearly, but screen display may slightly change the color.
- Sizes are mentioned clearly. Please check before ordering. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask us.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver across Pakistan in 3–7 working days.
- Custom items may take 7–10 days.
- Delivery time may change based on holidays or weather.
6. Returns & Exchanges
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days, only if unused and in original condition.
- Customized stitched items cannot be returned unless faulty. (See full Return Policy.)
7. Privacy

8. Copyright
- All content (images, text, logo) on this website is owned by Khaista Banda.
